Para-Ten is an online graphic novel created by William Gibbons (Ashwara). It is about a girl who was washed down a river and winds up far from home. She embarks on a journey home, encountering fantastic things, beautiful things, horrible things, disgusting things. It is an exploration of balance, patience, and courage.

William N. Gibbons is the creator of Para-Ten. He inks the comic with a brush and colours it in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet. William is currently attending the Art Institute of Boston (at Lesley University), heading towards a BFA in Animation. Feel free to E-mail him with comic related stuff, philosophical quandries, etc.

He’s taking this pretty well I would say. Everyone is very smiley for a guy being on his death bed. XD
Also, on the fifth panel, it looks like you missed a space between me and when. <.<
And lastly, I am rather insulted by the last panel. I was hoping for a guest appearance by Block 33! -.-; I guess this is the new block, block 66.

Basically he’s saying “It sucks man but I don’t care JUST KEEP READING BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE” ha ha ha
And Paveline, she can’t really tell and I’d think it’d be difficult to know exactly what to do in such a situation, so she’s just doing as the man asks. At least that’s what went through my head when I was writing this, ha ha

Yeah I patterned him after myself, as far as journaling goes. I got a journal when i was like 10 or 11 and only wrote in it like once a year.
I think mewhen is a good touch, after all, I doubt they had any twink handy

Hmm.. I don’t think an 11 year old boy would actually say “I was having a pleasant time with my friends”, and he certainly wasn’t brought up in some well-mannered place. Just a thought.
